He won his first WWF Title on January 19 at the 1992 Royal Rumble by eliminating Sid Justice. He won his second WWF Title by beating Randy Savage on September 1, 1992.

He won it in the Royal Rumble, the title was declared vacant after two very controversial title changes between Hogan and The Undertaker. So the winner of the Rumble would win the vacated title. Flair drew #3, but managed to outlast the entire field in route to the WWE Title.

Royal Rumble '92 and one other time for two total. Add that to the 16 NWA or WCW World Titles (not 14 as the WWE claims) for a grand total of 18 World Titles

Only? If you include the WWF titles, he's won the championship 16 times.

umm u guys got this question off hes won 2 of them but his first one was in the royal rumble of 92 after hogan had his title vacated

he eliminated sid who was distracted by hogan

I'm no expert, but I'd say he beat a guy up, pinned him, had the referee count to three, and then was awarded the championship.
