Yes --- if the clay content is good, and the grass is like a reed and strong, and you stack the bricks in a bee-hive structure around a wood fire or bake them it in the sun, you will have created adobe.
Adobe is great for short walls and walkways.

actually, it depends on the mud, and the quantity of grass used... some mud just becomes crumbly, and too much grass can cause a brick to fall apart...

You'll have some kind on sod brick. Real bricks are made out of something else and then baked somehow.

Red clay dirt is used for making bricks. If it's not red clay it might not hold up in wet weather.
