On The Border is a classic overlooked for the predicatble Hotel California.
The Last Resort on that album is also a classic but my personal fave is of all time is Seven Bridges Road (or if i'm feeling sentimental I Can't Tell You Why - too many to choose from sorry)

It's probably a draw between these two.. "One of These Nights" and "New Kid in Town" although there are so many great Eagles songs, it's really hard to pick favorites.
