In H2H you are going to have a problem with SB's. You are carrying too many catchers. I understand the logic of a quality backup buy If you think about, catchers are only valuable to a fantasy team in relation to how good they are compared to others who qualify at the position. If you took all players regardless of position and built team to compete on the league stats only about 3 catchers would make the list. But sometimes it's better to have no catcher going 0-0 than to fill in with another low performance player going 0-4. Especially when you need the bench spot. Kent, Garciaparra, The big hurt are injury prone. Bonds takes self appointed days off so you need to fillin for these positions. Six starters may be overkill for H2H, there are too many spot starters available to sit on Capuano or Lester (but wait on Lester before moving, see if he can come back strong). If this were a roto team you would be in decent shape for the season, but H2H is weekly against one person and you'll need to look at who you are playing and make adustments. You don't need to be better than everyone, just the one you are playing.
Your assets are Wright (HR-RBI-Runs-Avg, some SBs), Jeter (avg-runs-rbi-some SBs) Wells (HR-RBI-Runs-Avg, some SBs),
Ibanez (HR-RBI-Runs), Bull pen is strong and could dominate Saves, ERA and WHIP. Check your league settings to adjust pitching. Capuano is the kind of guy that can blow up and cost you an entire week of pitching in just a couple of innings so you have to watch his matchups.
Overall It's workable but you need to fill out your bench on offense to cover your assets....Keep in mind, that in a 12 team league you usually carry 24 players, you have 21 listed. That means your waiver wire should be worked to the tune of about 100 moves for the season. I usually keep a throw away player on the bench so I can pick up help where i need it. It's usually a spot start here or there or it could be a guy like Nick Markakis hitting 10 HR's in August but otherwise useless.

It looks like you are going to be good on power numbers, and BA will be fine. There's not much speed among the hitters.
Starting pitching could be stronger. I'd maybe trade Ibanez for another SP.

Your team really isnt that good. Besides wright, jeter, ibanez, and wells your offense doesnt have much pop. You waited to take pitchers late which was smart. Unfortunately you picked guys that are terribly inconsistent. Overall a 6.
