The reason why I have these thoughts is because I dont want to be a killer, like, ill be sitting and watching a horror movie and think
" I hope I never do that" or
' will I ever do that'
I don't have thoughts like
" I am gonna be a killer just like that and stuff,

im 16 and i still think about that. when i ask my friends if they could see me as a killer they reply "yes." this makes me think about it even more. they say this because of my personality. im a very introvert person. i keep a lot of things to myself. i think that everyone, at least once in their life, has thought about this. i think its completely normal. if its not...i might need some help

It's normal for 14yr olds to question themselves about the future, but this is the first time I've heard of fantasizing about becoming a killer because, you say, of liking horror movies. I don't think this is normal, and it very much sounds like you need to turn off the tv and go outside and learn how to live. Fall down and skin your knees. Climb a tree, dig a hole, build a fort. Experience your life the way God intended you to, not through hollywood cameras.
I think it'd be a good idea to talk to your school counsellor. They are trained in this sort of thing, because killing is not a normal desire, and they are a lot easier to talk to at your age than your parents.

liking horror movies doesn't make you a 'killer' plus thinking a thought and acting on that thought are quite different. many horror movies are popular now, and have been in the past. that hasn't turned the millions of people that saw them into killers. plus, at the age of 14, it's normal to have many questions about your future, because you have so much of it. i am older and have less future, in terms of time left, and thus i find myself with very few questions about it. try to think positive thoughts, realise that most of this is just 'growing up' and you are probably much more normal than you think.:)

Umm...no. It's not healthy to picture yourself in a future that involves killing people. Lots of people like horror movies but that doesn't mean they fantasize about doing what they see in them. You should consider if you really feel that way or if you are just
trying to get attention by asking questions like this.

the fact that you're honest about ur fear of becoming a "killer", means you won't become a killer. people who kill, especially as a first resort, are cowards. cowards aren't honest people. the point is it should be more socially acceptable for people to question themselves and where their going no matter what the age. nobody's too young to be dumb and niave to an acceptable degree and nobody's too old to have all the answers. your fine. just don't compromise because people WILL test you. constantly. just don't be afraid to "overreact".

Yes. I'm 15 and i always try to imagine my husband. and sometimes i think about like what is something bad is gonna happen to me in the future. i try to imagine my jobs and my lifestyle. and sometimes i see good and sometimes bad.
if all you think about is being a killer there might be a slight problem. but in general nope.

it may be normal but to be totally honest, i'd see a mental health professional. to be preoccupied with such morbid thoughts and to wonder if you would do something like that is a red flag to me. maybe you have some things you need to work through. good luck.
