For one thing the audio would not be synchronized with the video. For example, if Bush were speaking you would see Cheney's lips moving. The film would also be underexposed, with many dark scenes in the film where you couldn't really see what was happening. The action wouldn't match the plot. The actors would botch their lines and no one would understand the ending.

It'd be intended towards an elder age group but, will be entertaining a younger, much younger audience.
