my mother knew about his age and told me to let go and now she thinks that im not with him anymore

find someone closer to your age it will be better for you. and maybe make yourself feel better.

Love is blind it sees no color no age you are legally an adult now and can make your own choice. I was married at your age. I am raising to girls now and I think I am open to anything that makes them happy will make me happy. Mom's job is to worry about there kids just be safe that is a big age gap and don't rush it and for sure don't hide it. Your a women but will always be your mothers child and she needs to beable to protect you if anything goes wrong. good luck hope that will help.

You're an adult, it should be your choice. I don't understand the appeal of dating someone old enough to be your father (or him, a grown man approaching middle age wanting to date someone just barely a legal adult) though...but to each their own.
However, if you are still living at home then it's tough for you to make your own choices when you have to live by someone else's rules (parents). When you get on your own then you can do as you desire...for better or worse.

men would come and go... but ur family is forever...your family just worries for you... this man is only out to use or control u since ur so young....this man needs a woman his own age.. he sounds perverted... you need a guy ur own age too... i know u gotta make ur own mistakes to learn from them...but with age comes wisdom....
