I'm on disability, I don't like the heat. I love the 4 seasons, where should I go?

Be sure that you have a "life support" sustem wherever you decide to go. THe Southeastern US, where I live in Southwest Florida, is rather expensive to live in, but the mid Atlantic states, i.e. Ky, TN. SC, etc are pretty nice, and all have 4 seasons. North Carolina has been invaded by the moneyed crowd, and it might be difficult to try to live there on disability alone.

Where can you get the most "bang for your buck?" Lowest rent and cost of living? I suggest South or Southeast US. The cost of living is generally lower and if your income is low enough, you may be able to get other programs. Just because it gets 90 in North Carolina, doesn't mean it never snows. Atlanta, GA still gets snow.
