what do you call a person that has both a genitalia of a man and a woman?

It's 'intersex' or 'intersexed'. The term 'hermaphrodite' is obsolete and not in use much anymore.

Intersexuality expresses itself in many more ways than just 'both sets of genitals'; there are people with hormone insensitivities, non-standard chromosomal compositions like XXXY, and so on.

The scientific term is hermaphrodite, however when this condition occurs in humans, the people generally prefer the term "intersexed" rather than hermaphrodite.

It's actually a question about biological sex and not about gender identity. The person would be considered intersexed.
