Schizoid Personality: People with a schizoid personality are introverted, withdrawn, and solitary. They are emotionally cold and socially distant. They have no interest in other people or relationships with other people. They are most often absorbed with their own thoughts and feelings and are fearful of closeness and intimacy with others. They talk little, are given to daydreaming, and prefer theoretical speculation to practical action.

I think you just haven't had particularly good relationships with anyone throughout your life.. let alone romantic ones? You've fixed your mindset to not liking people, but if you look for it, you'll see the good and beauty in them; they in turn will make you feel better about yourself. Maybe you don't actually know many people and the ones you do aren't particularly stimulating, so try to meet new people, make new friends and you'll find out how great some really are.
Just making assumptions.. but the point is, you're human, everyone else is human, just get along, it's what we're here for.
