I have been on birth control for a little over a year. I had unprotected sex with my partner and forgot to take my pill that night. The next day I started spotting and for the past 2 days I have had slight craps. Does anybody know what the chances of me being pregnant are?

Not very high. It usually takes a few weeks for the hormones in your body to return to normal levels after going off birth control. I highly doubt you got pregnant after forgetting to take your pill for one day, but you never know. It's possible that the spotting and cramps are just a result of your hormones being off kilter from you getting off schedule. If you are truly concerned, visit your gyno/obgyn. And take care! :D

I think you would probably be ok unless you ovulated on that day, if you miss pills you do often get brown spotting but make sure you continue to take your pills and if its less than 73 hours since got the morning after pill from your doc or from the chmist its about £20. Some people do get pregnant on the pill but its usually if they continue to forget to take them..
Good luck xx

You may be spotting just because of the missed pill sex or no sex, since you kinda messed up your cycle a tiny bit and it "thought" to "bleed" so you spotted, spotting also may be implantation bleeding if you're around your period. I'm on bc and I never really spot ever, so if thats the same for you- you could be preg!! Goodluck either way!

You are probably Not pregnant. The brown spotting is old Blood. If its time for your period and you are cramping its normal. For your mental well being, you can go to the Dollar Store and get an EPT test just to reassure youself..

honestlt fifty fifty but brown spotting is a sign of old blood getting out of your system. When i was just a couple weeks pregnant i had that and it was normal because new blood is always red and will let you know you are not pregnant however my friend had her period until her 7 month of pregnancie so go check it out in a couple of weeks just to be safe.
