prolly! some people are extremly stupid. especially some of the people answering your question because they cant even read your question right! she is asking if someone has never had a single answer chosen as best answer!.

I frequently get best answers. It just takes figuring out what to say. As long as you know what you're doing, and have a good answer, it shouldn't be hard.
If you want to get a best answer, find an area that you're knowledgable in, and answer questions that not many people are going to answer. Don't answer things that only have one answer to them, or you'll be unlikely to get a best answer (Questions like, "What day is _____ holiday?")
If you have a good answer for it, and not many people are able to answer the question, you'll definitely be more likely to get a best answer! :-D

I get at least one or two every day. When I first started, I could hardly get any, but I'm getting quite a few now.

Probably the ones that only say "yes" or "no" to all of their answers... They won't get chosen if that is all they say...
