It can take several years to get any sort of regularity to ones menstrual cycles. Even once that is established, it can take very little to cause them to go out of wack. Stress, trips, a cold, anything can cause periods to be early or late.
If you have never had sex and you do not participate in any sexual activities that might put you at risk (yes if there a chance sperm can get near your vagina there is ALWAYS a risk of pregnancy) than there is nothing to be scared of!!!

Yes this can be normal.
When ever you first start having periods it may take up to two years to get on a straight cycle.This has happened to me also.
You may be under stress also this can cause this type of problem for you. The doctor has pills to get your period on track. I am not talking about birth contol pills ,they have another pill that you may take for only 5-10 days. Talk with your Doctor or Nurse. Your School Nurse may can also give you information also. The worse case may be diabetes or thyroid diease or an infection. These are not fatal unless you do not follow your doctors advice. RELAX!!!

Are you in the early years of your period? This is normal, periods are not regular.
Do you do sexual acts with a partner (but not sex)? I think I know what you mean, if semen was in contact with your vagina there can be a small chance.

yes If you are young it is just an irregular period you may not get your period to up to 3 months after your first period

yes it is very normal one time i was 15 days late of my perios!
