Jewelry is always a great gift. But I also suggest you have a romantic dinner. Either at a nice restaurant or at home (discreetly find babysitter for any children or other adults in the household..lol) Maybe Rent her favorite movie or two and you'll have a great birthday gift.

The traditional gifts for the 5th wedding anniversary are wood or clocks. Not very romantic, maybe a dress watch for evening wear. There are some lovely ones that look like bracelets.

I have an idea get her a ring and buy a cupcake and put the ring in the cupcake and after you maby take her out to dinner give her the cup cake. that would be soooo romantic.

Is there something she has always wanted to do..get her an "experience gift". For christmas I got my b.f a flight in a sesna plane. He loved it!
