Even if you didn't go to the polls! You were given that right to vote, even if you don't vote, that's a right too! That means you are responsible for any and all problems America will have because you voted (in your heart not to) because you voted in a different way than others. Its been said your vote could change the outcome of an election. What's your opinion?

No matter how you try to justify not voting, it cannot be done. You either vote or you don't. Those not voting does nothing for anyone, except show that they really don't give a hoot about who represents them, what ideas each party brings to the table as to what is good for the country, the non-voter doesn't care!
The only way to change things in this country is to let the politicians know that large numbers of voters are watching them, that the people do care about how their country is being run. To not vote just shows that the people don't care, let anyone run things, the non voter wants none of it!

Disagree.

If you vote, you vote. No "ifs," "ands," or "buts" about it.

If you don't vote you're removing yourself from the process.

There's much said about voter disaffection or outright disdain: "They're all crooks. Nothing's going to change. Why bother?" But simply not voting is giving up and creating a self-fulfilling prophecy (and nothing truly changes).

Vote.

Vote for the challenger. Vote for the one with the least chance to win. Vote to change administrations, administrators, judges, etc. at every election. Don't answer surveys or polls. Keep the candidates guessing. Keep everyone guessing. Let the elections be a true surprise.

That ought to wake up someone!

Vote!

If "no one" voted during an election it would certainly make a statement. But those politicians would vote even if we didn't. They can't be trusted.

The stroke of a pen. That's all it takes to wipe away our freedoms, our entitlements. Don't you wanna have some control over whose holding that pen?

Pull your levers, political factions are out there getting out their votes to constituents in hopes that folks like you don't plan on showing up. You want some idealogue representing you?

I don't care if your town is holding an election to see who the next City Poop Scooper is---Make your vote count!!

"In a democracy, the people always get the government they deserve."

This statement is even more true if the voters stay home - go and vote - write in your neighbor's name if you feel that strongly against the candidates that are running - BUT VOTE !
