Not yet! The lawyers for the various ex wives, children, managers, producers and others with a financial stake in James Brown, Inc are still fighting over who has custody over his dead body! I hope that Georgia funeral home has a very strong refrigerator!

NO! He's been stuffed with beans and bacon soup cans,and placed in a museum at Motown records,and there charging $5.00 admission to see him.
