Or is it more of an individual thing? I'm beginning to think that my days are numbered when it comes to sex with my partner. We've done it once this year and probably 3-4 times total for the previous year. I don't know how I'm gonna last much longer.

I still have a healthy sexual appetite & I'm in my late fifties. I think it's an individual thing. Have you sat down & talked about her lack of interest? That would be a start & go from there. Many women in that age bracket lose their sexual appetite due to the "change of life" or other reasons. Have that talk with her. Hang in there! (no pun intended)

BUT In my case my hubby is a ~!@#$!! and makes me very unhappy, I feel the only time he comes around me is for XXX, a man gets excited by the sight of a naked woman, but a woman gets excited by touch, loving, being nice to, romance.. I know it sounds corny, but it is true!
my hubby will call me filthy names, then one hour later wanna have XXX.... I HATE BEING MARRIED!

when i turned 40 i got in my prime and it only got better and better and i am 49 now my husband is gonna be 55 and like i said if your with the right partner it is very, very good.Your in your prime in those years.
