underneath the car there will be 3 small screws on each side pointing forward from the car. I believe these to be 10 or 8 MM heads. Use penetrating oil as they will be rusted in. let them soak overnite and once you get these 6 bolts off the bumper will slide strait forward.

first, the finder well may have a couple screws you need to take off, but then crawl under you car, look up there is 2 brackets holding the bumper, there is 2 nuts per bracket, take those off, then you should be able to slide the bumper forward to get it off, the easiest way to reach those nuts is to take the lights and grill off, then you can reach those nuts from the top, the corner lights have screws in them just take them out, and the corner lights can come right off, your head lights have black screws holding them on, do the same just take them off and the lights will come out, be careful so you dont knock the lights out of alignment tho, the grill has a screw i believe, but other wise it will pop off to, be careful to not break it tho, but after the lights and grill are off, you can reach those four nuts from the top,

you are able to continuously use bolts particularly of the rivets, my door handles have been riveted on. Ford and maximum production us rivets as they're extra economical to make! in basic terms drill them out, this is the finest, you are able to grind them!
