It is about the US "leading the world on the path of democracy", or, to be more precise. on the path to itself controlling the world and the leaders of the world doing whatever the US wants, with or without the approval of the peoples of little and "unimportant" countries. You know, people who oppose a pro US government are sometimes found dead in their apartments, and even though nothing (furniture or anything else) is missing, the police "comes to the conclusion" that the victim was killed "during a robbery attempt". Traffic accidents also happen, you know, and other causes of death. By the way, an example for my description of somebody killed "during a robbery attempt" is the one of Dr. Klara Mandic, in Belgrade on the 11.5.2001. Serbia was then under the regime of Djindjic, who covered his face with stockings, during an interview with a journalist about the possibility of extraditing Milosevic, even against the decision of the Parliament & High Court, and he was of the same "democratic" party of Mandic's adopted son, Boris Tadjic. So anyone may draw his own conclusions...

I predict that a citizen will loose more freedoms than they gain. The idea is not new and it is mentioned in many secret societies.
