If you link it into your question, yes. If they follow that link on their own, no. Just make sure that your content is labelled as mature. I have mine set to a family content, but my niece tried to look at some of my friends pages and they aren't, they are labelled mature and all she gets is the header, some list contents and the friends that that person has.
