i know the santa hats alread came out ther worth like 24mil know i wonder were to get one i mean i want one i want to. know if they still give them out

They don't give them out any more. You'll have to buy them off other players, I'm afraid and they will never be re-released. Check the RS forums in the "Discontinued items" to see if anyone is selling.
