It will look like a blown up frog. Why would you want to do it?
Some frogs and toads actually swallow air to inflate themselves when they are threatened, you might be able to google for a picture.

That would be cruelty to animals. How would you like to be blown up with an air pump?

try microwaving one. i did this. the result was unexpected (think of burnt hair)
