real is the truth
the stark, naked truth
untouched and pure
not what we want it to be but what it truly is
that is real
life is real
its ugly but its truthful
yeah...i know...kind of a weird answer

I have faith that most things are real, but what is real is difficult to define. Considering what is happening in the study of physics, there are legitimate hypotheses in physics that explain how the universe is similar to a hologram.
I know I am real because "Cogito, ergo sum" (I think, therefore I am).
But who's to say we don't just pop into this life at this moment, complete with a package of memories and history? The 2nd law of Thermodynamics says that would be highly likely.

Really! You are real. And really you must have a real discomfort within in that such a curiosity manifests where such doubts arise from the distension of discomfort caused from so many activities that the personality of the questioner's makes such a self evident thing as real into a point of interest as if it were important. You have manifested a real symptom of the discomfort caused from too much activity in the mental order and not enough physical unification.
