The flat panel was tested on my laptop, and it works fine, just can't get it to work on my pc. I wasn't sure if it had something to do with the mother board, that's why I decided to contact you.
I contacted IMB, since it's an IBM flat panel monitor, and they told me it could be that the monitor just doesn't work with the operating system. That didn't make much sence to me sine I had the same operating system on my laptop, and it worked fine with that. Also, I thought maybe I would need an updated driver for the flat panel, but the flat panel was made in 2000, and I can't seem to find any drivers for it, besdies it didn't need a driver for my laptop.
It may also have something to do with the video card (Radeon 800 Series), but I am not sure, either way I downloaded all of the latest drivers for the video card.
Please let me know, if any one has any idea, what you think could be the problem and what I could do about this.
Thank you very much for your time.

Set the screen resolution on the PC to the same screen resolution that is on the laptop.

Screen resolution > right click on screen>properties>settings> adjust screen resolution.

um if you have all the drivers installed maybe you should try checking the connection of your computer's monitor port or usb port or whatever. I would make sure the "frequency" is set right? and um that the graphics card is directing the image to the right port...
