he's to stupid to have a conscience....i think he actually believes that he did the right thing by overthrowing a government that posed no threat to the U.S. and had nothing to do with 9/11..

Well, yes he does have a conscience, but it's been washed down with so much alcohol and other substances that now it just tells him what he wants to hear.

No, I don't think so. Egotists feel that are always correct. There is nothing for a conscience to do for those people.
