I'll give you a list. There'll soon be a website called CDN (current debates network) with my site about SOA, Save our animals. There'll be a load of info about endangered animals, such as:
Javan Rhinoceros
Ethiopian wolf
Dromedary
Caribean manatee

Reptile? I think it might be the Galapagos tortoise. There are a lot of endangered species, like songbirds, cranes, egrets, and a whole bunch of mammals.

Determining the 'most endangered' would require a lot of work because you would have to know their average population for the last 100 years, their birth rate, survival of young, how many an ecosystem can hold, and all that other stuf. There is a species of Wolf that lives only in egyp and feeds primarily on an endangered rodent that only lives in Egypt.

To answer your question, there are far too many endangered species because humans think they can build wherever they want and animals will just find another home.

There are several critically endagered species out there, but there are too many factors to consider to be able to say for sure which is the most endagered. I personally consider the most endangered to be the Chinese alligator.

In response to the answer about the Tasmanian tiger, I don't know where you got your info from, but they have never successfully cloned a Thylacine. They were working on it for a while, but the genetic samples were to badly degraded to do anything with so they stopped for the time being
