no, there are good and bad in both,,, alot of it depends on what school district you are in,,,,,,,, even if your state is rated high in education,,,,, you could find yourself in the worst district in that state, or vice versa

YES! I have worked in all types of communities in the South and the North. Even in the worse communities in the North, the schools are still providing a better education than in the South. Compare the state report cards. See how many schools are failing compared to the North.

I am from New England, and there are many great schools in the North. I think that the big difference between schools in the North and schools in the South is the money$. Southern schools tend to cost a lot less and are normally ranked higher than schools in the North. Southern schools also tend to have more beautiful campuses, as well. You get more for your money down South. Southern schools are a sure bet. I hope that helps!

I really dont think it matters where the school is since it isnt the school that is doing the teaching but the teachers. I read about one teacher awhile back that is in texas and all summer she would make a study theme for her class for the year .example one year all her students dressed up like pirates if they wanted to but the whole theme was trying to find a pirates treasure and doing so they learned first hand math geography social studies etc. and when they took the test towards the end of the year that all the kids test through out the US her class scored the highest out of every school in the whole US. It goes to show that a good teacher who keeps her kids interested is far more important than the school that they attend.

i do no longer understand with regard to the IT job marketplace in line with se, however the Oil employer is booming, the port is increasing and the wellness care and allied markets are up additionally, all choose IT human beings. Jersey Village is amazingly solid so a techniques as low crime. it rather is a small city that has that is own police branch. i might sidestep SE Houston and Pasadena. in case you like having a large backyard or only bushes customarily you're able to evaluate commuting. in case you like loft or severe upward thrust residing and don't concepts site visitors Downtown or Galleria section could be for you. Montrose section is amazingly renowned & has an eclectic environment, yet could have real undesirable crime.

No. The south is full of wonderful schools and universities, and the belief that southerners are ignorant rednecks is a stupid stereotype.

Don't you mean "better than", not "better then"? So, where do you go to school?
