Box jumps, put one foot on a box and simulate the take off, drive take off arm in the air
running stadium stairs, bound up the stairs, at times doing every 2nd stair
back arches, trampoline jumping, practice the layout
running bounds, run/bounding 5 steps on a curve to simulate your run up
curve runs, 5 step runs as in your run up
hurdle hops, take 5 hurdles set them 5-6 steps apart each, start at a low height, 2 foot jump/hop over them
