oh wow,yes I do,I dont let things go easily,especially if I was hurt. My husband can wake up the next day and be like nothing ever happened(I guess that can be a good thing though,always loving and forgiving,forgetting)

Breathe. Yeah, it normal. Just try and focus your attention to something else. It's obviously not resolved in your mind, or you wouldn't keep thinking about it. Maybe you need to be able to talk about it a bit longer.

I do that with everything- that's why my DR put me on Klonipin!
I would get upset about something, and go over and over and over it all night.
I hated it, now I am a little better.
