A wedding is to take place in the garden of the riff raff next door, tomorrow. Should I bury the hatchet, go over and wish them well or release the hounds, during the ceremony and ruin the big day?

OMG the Riff Raff are going to breed. Are you going soft? get some horseshoes for luck, real ones, and hurl them at the couple.

You should think about it as if it was your big day, how would you like it if someone did something to ruin the biggest day of your life??? You can do one of two things you can go over and bury the hatchet as you say or you can just stay home and do nothing. But remember you never know what will happen at a wedding so you may want to be there to see the brides dress catch fire or the groom call her by the wrong name during the ceremony.
Whatever you chose to do, think of how you would feel.

Do one better and combine those thoughts.
Be nice and deliver a gift which you know won't be opened for some time later (make it a nice pretty box filled with dog food and a simple detonator). Box goes BOOM, hounds go and feast all over their reception.

You should never ruin someone's big day. It would be held against you for all eternity by a lot of people. Just go wish them well.

Take the intended groom to one side, tell him that the girl he intends to marry is 'riff raff'. He'll either, 'Run like hell', or ' Give you a black eye ', !! xx
