Ask me again in 2 years & I rather suspect that a couple of those might change but it's an interesting question as there are so many to choose from & for so many reasons you might rate a band as great. I look for genuine artistry - good writers, musicians & vocal delivery.

1.Red (Awesome, inspirational, and good lyrics)
2.Skillet (Love the different pov's they sing in)
3.Matchbox Twenty/20 (Very poetic lyrics)
4.Falling Up (Easy to understand lyrics, clear and concise)
5.Demon Hunter (Good lyrics although hard to understant at times, awesome riffs)
