Guys are always horny and ready and interested in sex . How come women are not . They need connection , love and all the rest but why is it so ??

Give it a few years, it will all change. When you hit 40, the issue reverses itself.

We have lost this in our modern world, but sex is for making babies. There is a very small window when a woman can have make a baby. So they generally feel more sexual around that time. Men on the other are constantly producing sperm so they are horny more often.
Women want the best mate for thier kids. If we were constantly horny like men, we would more likely make inprudent choices for potential fathers.
On another tip. The experience of sex is much different than it is for women than it is with men. You have someone actually enter your body and I think its sad when women are not prudent with who they give that gift and how often.
The thing is if men spent as much time treating thier women good as they do trying to get them to have sex, they would likely be having a lot more sex. Simple things turn most of us on. Helping out around the house is sexy. a foot rub is sexy, small gifts for simple things are sexy.
You need to accept our biological difference and ask your woman what she wants from you. Communicate.

That's the way we've been made. Women use the head on their shoulders men don't.
