i can't see u but, if u see yourself as fat when everyone around u tells u you're skinny, that would be one of the symptoms. I am not saying that you ar anorexic. Maybe you have a problem with your self-esteem, thus making you judge yourself badly and makes you focus on the outside appearance, and wanting to be accepted. The first step in getting better is admitting that you need help and that you have done. Being dizzy does not necessarily mean that you're not eating, it could also be a problem with your blood sugar level. Just to be on the safe side have a full check up...when was your last check-up anyway. Just do the blood work, pressure, and all of the above. Y ou might also be anaemic, which can cause you to be dizzy. I used to be. I went for a check-up and turns out that it had nothing to do with being anorexic, but aneamia. This can also cause you to lose your apetite. Just don't prolong the suspense, nad do what is right by your self. Your body will thank you for it. Trust me.

I understand what you are going through because I go through the same thing and have been suffering from it. I have times where I feel I have it under control and all is well, but it always comes back. It is a control thing with me.
It does sound like you have a start to an eating disorder. Try and think of when you started feeling this way about yourself. Is there something that triggers it. I have been trying to get on track with exercise and eating healthy small portions.
Try talking to someone who you can trust and won't judge. If you feel it is controlling your life and affecting the way you function, see if there are any local eating disorder groups who can help you with counselling.
Hang in there, I'll pray for you. :o)

You need to go talk to someone. When you're anorexic, your mind is telling you that you are fat everytime you look in the mirror. I had an anorexic friend and she always thought she was too fat. [[Even though she was totally skinny!!]] You just need to keep telling yourself that you are a wonderful, beautiful girl and EAT!
Don't get too skinny...

I'm no doctor, but i can tell u from experience that sometimes no matter what people say, YOU have to feel your best. Did you know that eating less, no matter what you've heard, does NOT make you skinnier, it makes it worse because the body goes into starvation mode and stores the food you do eat as fat. You don't have to eat tons, just eat healthy. Maybe you should talk to friends and family about ways to help you, and make you feel healthier. Good luck!

It looks like you might be turning anorexic but I not quite sure , so the best thing to do, is to go to a doctor or a phycologist.
I know it might sound kinda weired going to a phycologist but do you really want to have this problem your whole life. You'll probably end up not having friends or happiness. Take care of yourself and go.

Break all your mirrors and start dating a man who sees you for who you are. Think of how many happy people have lived without mirrors :)
That or go get checked out, or check your bmi (body mass index) on a website (you can just type it into google)

Anorexia KILLS people!Think of that for a few seconds!..........
Now,start eating healthy food, veggies for example, roasted meat,no fat,no fried! And with some exercise you ll get the desired weight! And most important, you are doing for yourself.Make the guy at the mirror smile at you with confidence!

yeah, talk to someone responsible who you can trust. alot of people have said that whether or not your anorexic depends on your weight, but this isnt true, many girls have anorexia/bulemia but look a reasonably healthy weight, especially during the earliest stages of the eating disorders. dont think of it like you have some horrible dangerous disease, at this stage you're just insecure and you need to improve your attitude to food, some people need therapy, but you may just need the support of your friends, just say 'i feel really really depressed and insecure about my weight at the moment, and now i know im not eating enough, and i really need your help and support at the moment.
