Make sure you learn things from books and newspapers rather than by copying the way people write on the internet! There's a lot of very poor grammar on the net and far from improving your English, it could make it worse!

Practice. Chat, read, watch TV. Get people to correct your mistakes, eg Can anyone tell how to improve my English? What can I do to improve it?
