Make it much smaller than it would normally be, it could be born with respiritary problems, not saying thats going to happen but these can happen through smoking.

Probably nothing. Generations of women smoked while pregnant. Yes, there is a chance that that baby can be harmed. But it's a small chance. I recommend that people don't smoke at all, especially while pregnant but it probably won't do a thing.
I just read the post above mine and that person is ignorant. They said 'the lungs are so small why fill them with bad air'. That's not how babies breath in the womb. The don't breath any air until they are born. They get oxygen from the mother's blood.

To many to count.
Low birth weight,
weak or damaged lungs
Can be linked to apnea
I feel its child abuse to smoke or drink or do drugs when pregnant. If the question was is it wrong to drug a race horse people would be all over it, saying that poor horse, what about that POOR BABY.
Call saint judes ask how many children they see with cancer. Ask how many of the moms smoked or were smoked around. Why risk a childs life.

im 32 weeks pregnant and i still smoke. my baby is extremly active and very healthy. Hes not underweight or anything.
My mother smoked while pergnant with both me and my brother and were happy and healthy babies.
They get their oxygen from the mothers blood. But i don't recomend smoking a pack a day, thats to much. It will limit the amount of oxygen your baby will get.

There are a whole lot of things that can happen b/c smoking decreases the amount of oxygen that the baby recieves.
