It is a sticky subject. However, I believe at best she should be tried for knowingly lying to the American public, after it had been proven to her and the free world that none of the precepts the Bush administration gave for going to war were true. She had this knowledge before hand, having been in the administration since its inception. The lies the Bush administration knowingly told to Congress is the reason Congress voted to approve the U.N. Resolution.

After becoming aware that there were no WMD; that Hussein was not harboring and did not support any of the 9/11 terrorists; that sanctions were working in Iraq at the time particularly with our planes constantly patrolling the no fly zone; she had a duty to report that to the U.N. and the American people, and she failed to do so.

The issue of following orders that are illegal was resolved following WWII during the Nuremberg trials; that once a person (military or civilian) becomes aware of deeds that are illegal or immoral continuing to be perpetrated on the people of a country by their leaders, that person has the duty to not follow orders

The Nuremberg laws do not exclude the United States.

Unconstitutional wiretapping Unconstitutional use of "conflict Powers". The conflict on Terror isn't an quite conflict. it rather is a techniques extra ideal like the conflict on drugs. we are combating communities of baddies, now no longer worldwide places. Reagan did no longer declare infinite conflict powers in his conflict on drugs...So technically, Bush would not have "conflict Powers" in any admire, previous the scope such powers be huge conscious directly to Iraq and Afghanistan.... Terrorizing the yankee those with time-commemorated lies approximately Iraq's nuclear capapbility. Terrorizing the yankee human beings with the aid of using raising the "Terror Alert" component a week previous to his re-election, then leaving interior the returned of the full Terror Alert gadget for variety of a 300 and sixty 5 days and a nil.5.... and on a similar time as technically a crime, his financial mismanagement of the money, debt and deficit tiers is criminal with the aid of using any real looking familiar.

Troops are not being murdered. They are in a war. Many are reinlisting, some as many as 3 terms, while you sit and home and play video games. Condelezza deserves a medal. The whole team has kept our country safe, while you sit on your hands and just comlain.

First you have to come up with at least one intelligent reason for your accusations. What has she lied about, the same thing the rest of the world and the US Congress lied about? Treason is what John Kerry did during Vietnam, and what Murtha & company are doing now.

How many well thought out, logical, rational answers to your question do you see? (setting aside how ill conceived your question is)

It's sort of her job to perpetuate the lies, isn't it? I think she should have been fired on 9/12/2001, for failing at her job as National Security Advisor.

If you're part of the Bush Administration, you can actually get promoted for incompetence.
