All Games dont need to be connected to Xbox Live. You can play them normally. (Campaign, Multi-Player (With a Friend) ).
You just connect to Live to play with others around the world.
You don't have to though.

MOD UR CONSOLE
U CAN PLAY ALL OF THEM
OR DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE from the net
and burn it then

Theres alot. Not all though. When I bought my 360 I got a list with it to show which games are compatible.

You mean origonal x-box games right? not a whole lot basicly halo and barbie horse adventure. You can get updates from x-box website and put them on a disk then put the disk into your 360 to download them.

If you're PC has a CD writer drive, you can download the updates from the site, burn to disc, and update your system that way.
