I'm not sure what the million dollar baby is but I'll guess it means making him feel special as someone with a million dollars as a baby.

1) If he is insecure and doesn't feel like a million dollar baby, even though he knows you already feel that way, then you probably need to give him some time. If he really is your million dollar baby, then continue loving him as if that were so, both in word and deed, and he will probably eventually come around to believing it. Pretty simple really
Become the main member of his fan club.
Allways say great things about him to others, especially if he can hear.
always say how much you appreciate , him and his accomplishments
things like this will get the message accross
Too bad EVERY-ONE doesn't do this for the special person in their life.

Look him in the eyes without blinking. Start a slow smile, and let the smile shine from your eyes.
