yes just about any car has this as a standard feature on it,if you have it and its not working its probably low on fluid for it,but it does come standard on all vehicles,good luck,i hope this help,s.

Windshield washers are standard on all current production US-market cars and light trucks that I know of. You can find cars without them if you get something old enough, although my '66 Dart has them. But there are some types of vehicles that don't have them. I haven't seen them on motorcycles, ever - although it wouldn't surprise me if BMW is considering it.

No. Some have the sprayers mounted on the hood or cowl.
Many GM cars have the washer on the wiper arm.
