How do I begin an after school program?

I am interested in starting my own after school program. Not something that I go through using the school's money, but my own organization. Where do I begin?

Contact local schools to see if they are interested, they can put out feelers to see whether it is something thie kids would attend. Get in contact with other local organisations (ie if you want to run a sports club, contact a sporting club for advice) and take it from there. Good luck with it.
