what do you think I need to be/do to get the job. I'm going to be 16 really soon so whats the possiblity I'll get the job?

First of all, check with the store if they will hire a 16 year old. In California, it starts at 17 years old.

Umm well u just have to wear Hollister appearal and be really outgoing. They'll interview you and ask you soem questions and just answer them with confidence.
-Note they'll most likely give you the job if you wear Hollister.
Also the "look" doesnt matter there are some few people who arent very "good looking". and plus they give out applications everyday. They're always hiring. If u dont make it, you can go for the job agian.

I don't know much but check the website. I suggest you build up some muscle because equivalent to the females working there (anorexic & preppy) you must be (muscular/hunky & preppy). Also, pluck your eyebrows till they are about the same thickness's of a girl's, and make sure you have a homo-like tone of voice and wear tight, "vintage" destroyed bleach stained "jeans" [of which are made of paper by little Guatemalan children paid a penny a day]...put an excess of hair products, in attempt to make your hair look as if it was soaked in piss & oil, and go to sephora and get some kissy kissy lips gloss. And dont forget, stand there as if the world revolves around you and you actually got a-s-s ONCE!

To work at Hollister or Abercrombie you really have to know someone who works there already. They get like 20 applications a day there, so it is very difficult. You really have to have the "look."

the only person who knows what the 1st qualification is the last guy. You must be 17 or older to work at Hollister.

IF THEY ARE HIRING, GO IN AND ASK FOR AN APPLICATION, SHOPPING IS AT A LOW POINT, SO ITS BEST TO LOOK FOR A JOB THERE IN THE SPRING TIME CLOSER TO THE END OF THE COLLEGES SPRING BREAKS WHERETHEYLL NEED MORE PEOPLE

there is no possibility if u are well spoken, educated and have to dress well( to impress) just go there. fill it up an application and c if they will call u..then go to the interview and thats it!
