I mean the tile, floor, AND door. What soap should I buy? Do I use a scrubbing brush.

mix a little bit of water into some comet so it's kinda pasty and let it sit for a while before wiping off with an old rag that you wouldn't mind throwing away. Good luck.

Use a little ajax or comet to clean shower. Just follow directions on the can and use a sponge. You will have the whitest shower you've ever seen! lol.

If you have scum, try vinegar. The active ingredient, acetic acid, will dissolve calcium deposits.
