Seeking an employment is an hardship with ex-con. I am married to one and he need to find an occupation within society to stay out of criminal activity. Can someone assist with ant information about employing felons?

This all depends on what kind of felony the person has. He may need to go to a trade school and learn something different. He can also discuss this with his parole officer.

Even the US Government will employ him, he just needs to be up front when hired. For example, many wildfire fighters in the West started out as part of a prison firefighter crews and then when released they were hired either by contractors or one of the state or federal agencies. go look at USAjobs.com
