i'm trying to create a website for a small group of people. i have someone to help me with it so he could help with the more complicated stuff.
but most of time, i'll be working by myself so i need a program that is simple enough so i can create and modify the website without too much technical expertise.

I recomend macromedia studios, if you don't have the money for the whole thing than you can just get macromedia dreamweaver. The web design software is freindly to new and advanced users, with no HTML skill you can create a beautiful web site with things that you couldn't do normaly

I think you should try downloading the tryout version of macromedia flash and maybe you could find a serial code for it through limewire... i wouldn't really do that but it could work lol and dreamweaver makes it so much easier to incorperate flash but dreamweaver is kind of stupid it's not true programming it's like cheating... Adobe photoshop is perfect for effects and making buttons

But the most user freindly one is Dreamweaver.
