For Wiccans, a spell is nothing more than a meditation or prayer. All you need for spells in Wicca is your mind, body, soul, and a few supplies that'll help focus your energies.

Good Luck!

No, a wand, like a staff, is merely a focusing tool for the magic. It helps a new magican use their magic with less of a risk of mistake. Those with supreme mental capacity can control magic by merely thinking of it. Also, when a mage/magican/sorcerer or whatever-you-want-to-call-them is in a moment of extreme emotional distress, the ability to bypass the need for a focusing tool can be reached, but often it causes severe repercussions for the user and those around him. Still, even though you don't need a wand, your hands are still needed to control the direction the magic goes. Without them, the attempt to hit a five foot in diameter target from ten feet away could prove to be a challange.

No, but you do need for magic to actually exist. Since it does not, take your pick of hands or wand either one.

actually, no. wnds are used by tricksters only on the magic shows for kids.

real magic spells cast to hurt someone or to interfere with their mental or physical health involves a lot of concentration and uses weird stuff like blood of some animal like owl, pig etc, or dolls or the victim's hair or other personal articles like worn clothing.

magic is sick stuff. stay away from it.

No. In my religion (Wicca) you can use any supplies that you wish to use when casting a spell, but all your really need is your heart and mind.

Neither, because it is not possible to cast spells. If it were, the world would be a completely different place. Do not waste your time or money on witchcraft- get a good education instead.
