I need to find a decent lrg studio/loft asap I've just moved to philly need it by the first of MARCH!

it really depends where in philly.
if you like a cute, "towny" part of the city, manyunk is a great place. there are numbers of newly converted loft/studio apartments and condos available there.
check local realtor websites, such as prudential fox & roach and weichert.
also, look in major newspapers (such as the inquierer). they have large sections devoted to sales daily. in the inquierer, they even list the sales by location (if you have a preference of where you would like to live).

http://www.sublet.com has rentals as well.
also try craigslist?
