I just bought brand new rattlesnake egg magnets and in about 1 hour they lost power. they wouldn't buzz anymore. do you noe any techniques to recharge my rattlesnake magnet eggs? I hav tried putting them in refrigerator and it made it worse. i have tried cleaning it and nothing happened. And trust me i definitly know how to use them correctly. I am not very good at physical science yet so some one help me

Hi. Grip each one firmly in each hand and getting them as close to each other with as much surface as possble spin them around each others circumference as long as possible. Also, it is best to store them on a piece of metal.

They should not have stopped working to begin with. They do not have a "charge". They are nothing more than magnets that are inside small metal spheres. When they get close to each other, the magnets attract each other. When they collide, the rebound a small distance and then the magnets pull them back together again. They keep colliding and rebounding with each rebound being smaller than the one before it until they stop separating.
Natural magnets can not lose their magnetic characteristic unless they are heated to a temperature known as the Curie point or suffer severe shock (impact, no electrical).
It is my opinion that you may have gotten a bad pair and that the magnet inside one of the balls broke loose and shattered.
They aren't expensive. Just go get another pair.
