It's the same reason they try to keep people on social programs, because once someone starts working, they want to keep the money they earn and not send it to some demon rat to redistribute.
Here's an observation I think is funny. Do you remember how weird you thought the forensics/actors were in college. They were some strange ducks at my school and we had to walk by them every day on our way to class. Now extrapolate that to Hollywood. 98% of those weirdos support demon rats.

Senator Byrd relinquished ties the KKK many many years ago and has apologized for it, why is it that conservatives never practice forgiveness? I mean Newt can dump a wife while she recieves cancer treatment and be forgiven but Byrd rejects his past, works on civil rights issues and he can't, you are all hippcrites has far as I can tell

we don't support klan members. byrd has support from voters in WV,both republican and democrat,black and white. he is a good politician that does what he was voted in to do,help the people of that state. you overlook certain facts about American history.

For the first rime in US history there is an African American woman in one of the most powerful positions in US policy making, and instead of showing her as a beacon for all African Americans the Libs attack her because she is a Conservative.
Powerful minorities who are able to stand on their own two feet are the enemy of Liberals.
That's why they reelect people like Sen Byrd. Because under the shiny nice veneer there is nothing but rot... Like a worm filled apple.
