your on a bridge,ready to bungee jump..the second you jump someone hollers-- the rope is 3 ft too long !!!! would you be physically able to kiss your butt good bye ??? and what would be the first thing that goes through your mind ??? looking for a specific answer ???

Well, I would never have to worry about that because there is no way in hell I would bungee jump off a bridge... but, to answer your question, I would probably crap my drawers and cry...

That happened to me, on a water slide that goes straight down. There's different names for them, so I don't know what to call it. But you have to cross your arms and legs. Anyway, my friend asked the lady up at the top if anyone has died on this before... her answer was "Not yet". But, then as I was being pushed a little so that I'd go down... my friend said "You're too far to the side!" Yeah, I thought I was a goner.

easy wrap my self around the rope or grab some extra rope as im going down and hope im strong enough not to let go and hit the ground

I'd try to flip around --grab the rope and start taking up slack....OR untie the rope,dive and hope I survive if i thought water was deep enough..I do know I wouldn't just quit...

i would try to grab some of the rope and shorten it
or tell them to pull from the top
