We talk alot and i have had people ask me if i like him because they thought we both liked each other.he always get really flustered when his sis says he likes me and she says he coos when i'm on the phone w/ her. what do you think?

I think he likes you but hes afraid to tell yea. Give him some time he may come around to it and tell you how he fells about you.
